How to connect

Add the server in a minute

Pick your assistant and follow the steps. Every path uses the same URL and needs no credentials.

ClaudePro / Max or org owner
  1. Open Claude and go to Settings, then Connectors. (In the composer this is under Customize → Connectors.)
  2. Click + Add custom connector.
  3. Paste the URL https://mcp.careconnectstaffing.com/mcp into the remote MCP server field.
  4. Click Add. Care Connect jobs are now available to Claude — just ask about travel or per diem work.
ChatGPTread-only on Plus / Pro
  1. In Settings, enable Developer Mode (under Connectors / Advanced).
  2. Go to Connectors and choose Add MCP server.
  3. Paste the URL https://mcp.careconnectstaffing.com/mcp and save.
  4. Keep access set to read-only — that is all this server needs. Start a chat and ask ChatGPT to search Care Connect jobs.

  1. Open your client's MCP server configuration.
  2. Add a new Streamable HTTP MCP server.
  3. Set the URL to https://mcp.careconnectstaffing.com/mcp. No auth header, token, or API key is required.

What this connection can and cannot do

This is a read-only window onto our public job board. It searches and reads public job postings only. It cannot access, submit, or change any personal or application data, and there is no login or API key involved.

  • Read-only. The assistant can search and read; it can never write, submit, or change anything.
  • Public postings only. It sees the same public job and shift listings anyone can browse on our site.
  • No personal data. It cannot access or submit your profile, applications, or any account or personal information.
  • No login or API key. Nothing to sign up for and no secret to manage. Just point your assistant at the URL.
  • Removable anytime. Delete the connector in your assistant's settings and access ends immediately.
