SMS Programs
Care Connect Staffing operates the following SMS programs:
Reference Verification: Messages sent to professional references to collect employment verification. Recipients may receive up to 3 messages per reference request. Reference SMS program details

Message and Data Rates
Standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply to messages sent and received.
Opt-Out
You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent. To re-subscribe, reply START.
Opt-In Process
SMS messages are only sent after explicit consent is obtained:
For professional references: An initial consent message is sent asking recipients to reply "Y" to confirm they wish to receive the reference form link. Only after affirmative consent is the reference form link sent.
For job candidates: Consent is obtained during account registration when candidates provide their mobile number and agree to receive SMS communications about job opportunities.
