Welcome to the websites of Care Connect Staffing, A Series of Geek Genix, LLCd/b/a Care Connect Staffing (“Care Connect,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it through our compliance with this policy while providing you with a useful and enjoyable web experience.

This policy covers Care Connect and any companies owned by Care Connect. It does not cover our clients or subcontractors, who have separate privacy practices; please refer to their individual policies for details.

This policy describes the information we may collect on or through careconnectstaffing.com/privacy (“Care Connect Sites”), and our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting, and disclosing that information. It applies to data collected:

  • On the Care Connect Sites

  • In email, text, and other electronic communications between you and the Care Connect Sites

It does not apply to information collected offline or by third parties, including applications or content accessible from the Care Connect Sites.

By accessing or using the Care Connect Sites, you accept this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with our practices, please do not use our services or websites.

Information We Collect

We collect several types of information from and about users:

  1. Contact Information

    Name, address, telephone number, email address, and emergency-contact details (e.g., dependents or beneficiaries).

  2. Employment & Demographic Information

    Including but not limited to:

    • Education, licensure, and certifications

    • Employment history and demographic data

    • Identifiers (Social Security number, date of birth,driver’s license, state ID, passport)

    • Medical, background, and credentialing records

    • Self-assessments, skills checklists, references, and health information

  3. Financial Information

    Bank account and routing numbers for payroll, vendors, and contractors.

  4. Communications

    Contents of written communications submitted via portals or email.

  5. Automatically Collected Information

    Through cookies and tracking technologies, we may collect:

    • Device & connection data: IP address, browser type, operating system, CPU speed

    • Usage data: pages visited, traffic logs, search behavior, location data

    • Preferences and interaction patterns for personalization

    Technologies: Browser cookies, Web Beacons (pixel tags), Flash Cookies.

    Data is stored indefinitely for legal, regulatory, and accounting compliance.

Advertising Attribution Cookie

When you reach our site by clicking one of our advertisements, we set a first-party cookie named ccs_ad on careconnectstaffing.com. It is set only on that first visit and is not updated by later visits.

The cookie stores only:

  • The click identifier the advertising network (such as Google Ads) added to the link you followed

  • The page on our site you landed on

  • The date and time of that visit

It contains no name, email address, phone number, or other information that identifies you, and it expires 90 days after it is set. We use it for one purpose: to measure which advertisements lead to applications, so we can report those results back to the advertising network that served the ad. The click identifier is shared with Google Ads as part of that conversion reporting, and Google’s click identifiers are also sent to Google Analytics, as described below. We do not sell it, and we do not use it to serve you targeted or personalized advertising.

When you arrive from a Google ad, the link you followed usually carries a Google click identifier (gclid, gbraid, or wbraid) and Google Ads source and campaign codes (gad_source and gad_campaignid). We use Google Analytics to understand how our site is used, and we keep these codes in the page addresses we report to it so that visits can be attributed to the Google ad that led to them. These codes are created by Google for the ad click; they do not contain your name, email address, phone number, or anything you type on our site. Apart from these codes and standard campaign tags, other details in page addresses are removed before they are sent to Google Analytics. Because the codes are read from the link itself, blocking or deleting the ccs_ad cookie does not stop them from being sent.

We may also share hashed (pseudonymized) contact information — such as email addresses — with advertising platforms like Google to reach our own candidates and similar audiences with relevant job opportunities; you can opt out of this sharing at any time by contacting privacy@careconnectstaffing.com.

You can block or delete this cookie at any time in your browser settings without affecting your ability to browse jobs or apply. To have advertising-attribution data associated with your application removed, contact privacy@careconnectstaffing.com.

Session Replay (Microsoft Clarity)

If you choose to allow it, we use Microsoft Clarity, a service provided by Microsoft Corporation, on careconnectstaffing.com and candidate.careconnectstaffing.com to understand how visitors use our sites. Clarity records your interactions with our pages, such as clicks, scrolling and the pages you visit. Page text and images are masked before anything is sent, except decorative images that are part of our style sheets (such as background images), which Clarity does not mask. Clarity also records the addresses (URLs) of the pages you visit, and your device type, browser and approximate location derived from your IP address. Clarity uses cookies to connect the pages you view during a visit.

Recording starts only when the page address contains nothing but the page itself and, if present, campaign and ad-click codes (such as utm_source or gclid). Anything else, including sign-in and security codes, is removed from the address first, or recording waits; on the candidate portal, recording also does not start on a page whose address contains a recruiter, referral or account identifier. Once recording has started, the addresses of the pages you go on to visit are recorded as they appear in your browser.

Clarity does not run unless you select “Allow session replay”, and it never runs if your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal. If you withdraw your choice, recording stops and the page reloads. Microsoft keeps session recordings for 30 days (up to 9 months for recordings we save for review) and usage data, including page addresses, for up to 9 months. You can change your choice at any time with “Privacy choices” at the bottom of every page on careconnectstaffing.com. On the candidate portal it is in the page footer on larger screens; on phones, a “Privacy choices” button is shown while session replay is on, and signed-in candidates also find it in the menu. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to:

  • Operate and present the Care Connect Sites

  • Provide requested services and support

  • Evaluate job applications and credentials

  • Detect and investigate fraud or security incidents

  • Enforce our Terms of Use and legal obligations

  • Notify you of site or service changes

  • Conduct internal analytics and improvements

  • Perform marketing (subject to opt-out)

  • Other purposes disclosed at collection or with your consent

Disclosure of Your Information

  • With affiliates and service providers (e.g., hosting, payroll, marketing)

  • To clients and vendors for employment and service delivery

  • In business transfers or restructuring events

  • For marketing if you have not opted out

  • To comply with legal obligations or protect rights and safety

Your Choices

SMS/Text Messaging Privacy Disclosure

When you or someone you know provides a mobile phone number and consents to receive SMS messages from Care Connect Staffing, the following applies:

Data Collection

We collect mobile phone numbers for the purpose of sending SMS messages related to our healthcare staffing services. This includes:

  • Professional reference verification requests

  • Job opportunity notifications and alerts

  • Recruiter-candidate communications

  • Employment-related updates and reminders

No Third-Party Sharing

We will NOT sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in consent with any third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. Your phone number is used exclusively by Care Connect Staffing for staffing-related communications.

SMS Programs

Care Connect Staffing operates the following SMS programs:

  • Reference Verification: Messages sent to professional references to collect employment verification. Recipients may receive up to 3 messages per reference request. Reference SMS program details

  • Candidate Communications: Messages sent to job candidates including job opportunity alerts, recruiter messages, and employment updates. Message frequency varies based on job activity and recruiter communications. Candidate SMS program details

Message and Data Rates

Standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply to messages sent and received.

Opt-Out

You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent. To re-subscribe, reply START.

Opt-In Process

SMS messages are only sent after explicit consent is obtained:

  • For professional references: An initial consent message is sent asking recipients to reply "Y" to confirm they wish to receive the reference form link. Only after affirmative consent is the reference form link sent.

  • For job candidates: Consent is obtained during account registration when candidates provide their mobile number and agree to receive SMS communications about job opportunities.
