About per diem Certified Nursing Assistant work

Certified nursing assistants provide hands-on daily care under the direction of licensed nurses. Typical duties include assisting with bathing, dressing, mobility, and meals, taking and recording vital signs, repositioning patients to protect skin integrity, and reporting changes in condition to the nursing team — often serving as the eyes and ears of the unit.

Per-diem CNA shifts are typically available in skilled nursing facilities, long-term care communities, and hospital units, across all shift types.
